VOTR was created by a team of five individuals when given the prompt: Create an app for groups that you define (cannot be college students) that uses systems thinking, leverages AI in some way, and encourages voting in both national and local elections.
This pitch was presented to Google's Head of UX Programs & Operations, Josh Auffret.
